Content Suggestion craftebal/findabal radios

Basikly its any idea to give d class the option to craft radios in the scrapdealer or find it in the scp hole



pros: d class would be able to see if some one is reporting 914 or code 1 and other things so they can find a good time to riot or escape


cons: it would be easier to locate them via radio finder or smutting like that if some is found out to be d-class/intruder
