What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
I have been in the MRP community for over years now and have a lot of experience under my belt, my activity is pretty good and consistent and my passion to see USSR win is huge. I want to help this faction grow even bigger than it is now, my time as RC shows that I take initiative and responsibility. I am pretty active on voicamps and lead wars from time to time when HC isn't able to. I like to think im a liked person within the community and somewhat known.

Hamood "Tikrit" Habibi: The Pride of Iraq
Born in 1965 in Tikrit, Iraq, Hamood Habibi grew up in a land rich with history, culture, and resilience. Joining the Iraqi Special Forces during the Iran-Iraq War, he quickly became known as "Tikrit," a name that honoured his roots and his unshakable spirit. Hamood fought fiercely for his homeland, showcasing the courage and ingenuity that Iraqis are known for. His deep love for Iraq and its people drove him to protect his country with everything he had.
During a mission near the Iraqi-Soviet border, Hamood’s unit was ambushed. Despite being outnumbered, he held his ground, proving the strength and determination of an Iraqi soldier. When Soviet Spetsnaz operatives from Alpha Group intervened, they were struck by Hamood’s skill and bravery. They offered him a chance to join their elite unit, but Hamood hesitated—his heart belonged to Iraq.
Ultimately, he accepted, not to abandon his homeland, but to bring pride to Iraq on a global stage. As the first foreign-born operative in Alpha Group, Hamood carried the spirit of Iraq with him. His knowledge of Middle Eastern terrain and his unmatched tactical mind made him indispensable. He became a legend, known as much for his loyalty to his comrades as for the pride he took in his Iraqi heritage.
