What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Give the spy job a driving license no matter the rank of the player

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I think it has been suggested

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Can use the job to steal vehicles when below the rank of CPL/PFC
Makes use of a £40 job

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People may use this job to use vehicles owned by their faction

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Allows people to use the spy job to the full potential when below the rank of NCO

Even if you make it against the rules to abuse it, everybody knows that people won't care and do it anyway to minge in peacetime whether its current players on the opposite side or old players coming back and messing around.

Spies already do have automatic Driving license i dont believe this has changed or been changed it just says at the bottom you need this but still allows you to gun/drive (I will test it out and tell you)

Edited: +Support idk why its been changed allow spies to steal vehicles again without lics

Hi Bobby,
Your suggestion has been denied. The primary mission of Spy's granted, CAN include stealing vehicles however after speaking to Developers it and the content team, we feel it's not worth persuing when they can already steal helicopters and armored vehicles. The main issue being that it would just be really hard to control/micro manage.
