For how long have you played on MRP: Ive gotten back to it however I was playing a lot of star wars RP and military RP back a few months ago and now getting back to it.

Do you have any experience as CO or higher on MilitaryRP?: I have in other servers however I wont be mentioning their names incase of any player pulling or any sort of linking people to their server. I'll be putting down the ranks down which I have achieved:

- MI6 Agent x2
- SAS SSGT
- SAS Captain
- KSK Lieutenant

What NATO regiment are you looking to enter?:
ISAF
What rank are you looking to enter your chosen regiment in?:
Junior Lieutenant, could be lowered but I prefer to keep it to that rank.
What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?:
- I mean i'd be active every single day, I'd show my actual dedication and host trainings as well leading the troops well and communicating. With that I'll be also communicating with the officers which I have to work with and I can. Any drama which occur, i'll be taking a neutral stance since I don't really know anyone that well and this community is practically new since I joined like a month or so ago. I figured this community would be fun and I could actually help this side of NATO since how shit it has been for them. I practically know how the server runs and how the basic stuff goes about since I played in Shock Army and I know practically what to do. I learn and I listen, I'm not ignorant and I learn quite fast how to do stuff.
List your strengths and weaknesses:
- My strength is just getting on and showing my absolute dedication towards the regiment, I don't partake in drama or any issues if I do see any issues or anything I prefer to keep it to myself and I dont say my feelings towards people, I just simply ignore any sort of negativity by just being silent and ignoring it. I'm unsure what my weaknesses are tbf.
Please list out your accomplishments on MRP, both in your chosen regiment (if applicable) and outside of it:
- Wiping out roughly 8-14 enemies and holding South Town by myself (When I was playing Marksman)
- The other previous base raid, i just straight up gunned down every single person I saw, I roughly got around 15-20 kills in one life. (When I was playing autorifleman)
What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?:
- The most important one is communicating with Officers and the rest is hosting trainings, dealing with promotions, making sure the enlisted are having fun in the frontlines. Helping out build FOBs and spreadsheet work, as well having talks with the officers about what we could do next to improve the regiment etc.
What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?:
- I've not really cared to take a look at NATO but I would love to help out NATO seeing how it's getting more boring on winning and i'd actually want to have a change for once and make it challenging for USSR again. As well I just don't really see that much NATO even though I haven't been paying much attention to ISAF, I would always see USSR outnumbering the NATO so I'd like to up the activity as well.
Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?:
- Making sure people get on, I'd be understanding about what their issues are irl or what sort of stuff they'd be doing, as well actually communicating with the officers to make sure people get on ISAF seeing how the officers are getting on and it motivates them to get on and try to get a somewhat higher rank than before.
This might be changed in the near future due to me writing this so late and might forgot something to write.
