What NATO regiment are you looking to enter?: 17th

What rank are you looking to enter your chosen regiment in?: 2lt

What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?:
- i have been any and every rank within 17th and have never been a part of any other nato regiment and have the experience to fill in what ever role i am needed to fill for the good of the regiment.

What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?:
- in my opinion the role junior officers fill is as the main leading infield officer for both enlisted and ncos. Their job is to translate the battleplans and orders of the regcom and senior officers to strategies in the field to find the way through. in peactime their job is as a mentor and main training officers as well as leading raids and fob building

What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?:
- no junior officers and a low activity of enlisted and ncos

Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?:
- in my role as a junior officer i would start with the strategi of inplementing a warrior mentality and a higher level of disiplin to help boost the moral of dedicated members of the regiment and weed out the "weaker"/"inactive" members
