and the "10 minute change" literally requires you to move your ass to isd, ask them to make it a policy to state the reasoning for the jail time and its done

It is ALREADY policy to tell the reason for them going into jail but some ISD don't seem to follow. It is a simple fix to a problem of RDA and not following policy. There is not really a negative that you have stated.
