I have held a few CL4 positions giving me knowledge of how operations on site occur. Although I may have been inactive for a while and may not be aware of newer procedures I am fast learning and am able to easily learn from my mistakes alongside being extremely dedicated when I am in an environment I enjoy. During my time as a CL4 both in GSD and GOC I have also learnt how to lead and assist others when required, I am also determined to goals I am assigned or wish to achieve.
Although I have experience in aspects like combat, I wish to focus more on a non-combative aspect and am quite good at writing documents receiving 2-3 excellent graded documents recently. I believe my strengths here are very important when it comes to a position like OSA where authorising and writing reports / documents is extremely important when carrying out requests or inspections.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Assist the O5 Council - This can be carrying out orders, signing documents on there behalf or relaying vital information to them when I receive it.
- Authorising certain things like documents or AA to aid the site and council as a whole.
- Carrying out inspections on departments when requested to by the Overseers.
- Maintaining positive relations with department leaderships and external GOI's.
- Working with ISD and Alpha-1 to enforce the FLC.
- Assisting in the prevention of info leaks.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I wish to become an Overseer Assistant as I wish to pursue a Non-Combative position within the foundation while still maintaining a high level of power and responsibility, I also wish to explore deeper into the administrative positions within the site to expand my knowledge and experience within the foundation. Although I may not be the best fit for the position I believe I would find great enjoyment within this position and can work extremely hard to achieve well in this position if I achieve it.
