What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:

I believe I am a a good candidate for the position of overseer assistant for numerous reasons, the most important of which I will go over in detail. The first reason I believe myself to be an appropriate candidate for overseer assistant is my ability to create inclusive and interesting/fun roleplay for a variety of people on the server, to me I would define good roleplay as a series of actions that include at least 2 or more players and gives them opportunity to engage in something entertaining. On many occasions I have made roleplay following this definition, for example a couple days ago I was on tech expert and went around doing the plumbing of the site, during which repairs needed to be made to the D-block showers, which needed to be done within D-block itself. I built on this by speaking with GSD and together we formed a group of GSD & combat medics to enter D-block as an escort furthermore I went around and gathered up other techies to join in, we then went into D-block itself for a considerable amount of time in which D-class were able to interact with us in different ways. Overall that RP scenario created an opportunity for dozens of players across a few departments to join together and interact with each other in an entertaining manner. That is just the most recent example of roleplay I have performed and as such I believe myself to be a capable role player and a good fit for overseer assistant because of it.

Another reason I believe myself a worthy candidate for overseer assistant is that I have a lot of experience on the server having played a variety of roles all across the server including: Research, D-class, GSD, E-11, Nu7 (albeit briefly), CI, ECA, ISD and SA. During my time on the server and being in all these different roles I have been able to see how each role works in depth and am capable of interacting and creating roleplay with all these groups. In addition to this my experience has shown me how each role has evolved and changed over the years giving me a great understanding of what works and what does not work with all these roles allowing me greater insight to working with others. This makes me a great fit for overseer assistant as I know each job in and out allowing me to know when and who to interact with during the fulfilment of an OSAs duties and how to respond when interacted with by people from said roles.

Lastly the last couple reasons I believe myself to be an excellent candidate for overseer assistant is my ability to adapt and deal with any situation and fulfil all documentation requirements that are required from the position of overseer assistant. As mentioned before I have a long history with the server and a great understanding of all the different situations I may find myself in as an OSA, this gives me a great advantage as I know exactly how to deal with any/all of these situations, in addition to that I am capable of adapting to brand new situations when they rear their heads. Furthermore I have a great history with documentation and I am capable of creating all documents that I may need and at a high quality, whether it be via a template created by someone else to follow and fill in or a completely original document made by myself. It is for all these reasons why I believe myself to be a superb candidate for overseer assistant as I am more than qualified to fulfil any and all functions of an OSA and more.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:

An overseer assistant has many responsibilities in RP, to start with an overseer assistant must be carrying out the standard duties of a clearance level 4 personnel this includes authorising advanced armoury during a breach when it has become sufficiently dangerous in order to lessen the loss of lives combating said breach and to deal with it quicker so that the site may return to normal functionality, another one of these CL4 duties is the closing of PW blastdoors and the manning of facility controls such as tesla gates during emergency situations. Other standard CL4 duties such as acting as a leader of a department does not typically apply to assistants due to them falling under CL5 personnel with no direct subordinates as such they would not do other standard CL4 duties such as the accepting of documents on scripent.

Overseer assistants of course have their own specific duties, this stems from the basis of serving the O5 council. One of these duties in pursuit of serving the council is to act as a middleman between the council and other personnel, if a member of site staff wish to speak with an O5 member or bring a document to sign they must go to the assistants first as they act as the O5s first point of contact, the assistants would then review what it is that the site staff member wishes to do and could either fulfil their request or deny it and explain to them why, denying these requests should only occur if the request itself is a complete joke (aka a minge) or if it is not an appropriate matter to be brought up to the council for instance someone requesting permission for an 008 sampling would be re-directed to speak with the ethics committee instead. Another duty an assistant carries out is the fulfilment of orders given to them by the O5 council, these can range from direct orders given to them at a moments notice or orders that have been given out on externals as long term operations. An additional duty they perform is to collaborate with Alpha-1, the O5 councils personal mobile task force, this is a critical duty as these two groups will work closely together and work in unison to carry out orders from the council along with preventing/eliminating info breaches especially those involving the council e.g. an O5 members real name.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:

My reasoning for becoming an OSA remains the same from my last application, that being in order to join in an area of RP in which I have not had any involvement with from inside. Essentially I would like to get the chance to experience RP from within the Floor-3 sector of the server e.g. A-1 OSA O5, as my only experience with those groups is via interactions with them whilst playing on other jobs and I have yet to see behind the curtain. I would like this because it would give me an even greater understanding of the server and all it's roles, than I currently have and will open up other roleplay potential for me to perform.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Radcliff Delgado was a strapping young man who has worked in the foundation for 5 years starting his employment after graduating from Oxford, Radcliff was stationed at Site-12 where he worked as the deputy-chief archivist for the Sites library on anomalous history within the foundation during which he read and archived a vast amount of knowledge. One day Radcliff received an invitation to head to Site-65 to meet with a "Site Inspector" about a potential job opportunity and within a week Radcliff was driving through the front gate of Site-65 with Alpha-1 awaiting his arrival within garrage.

Radcliff was transported to floor 3 and moved to an office room in which a masked man was sitting down awaiting his arrival, Radcliff took a seat and the masked man looked up to him and began to speak to Radcliff. The masked man began to go over Radcliff's employment within the foundation and his history at Site-12 taking a particular interest at his time as deputy-chief archivist, eventually the masked man gave a proposal to Radcliff detailing how his expertise would be better to serve the foundation within floor 3 over some dusty library. The masked man pushed a piece of paper forwards, a contract, it had a lot of text redacted over it but from what Radcliff could make out he would be working at Site-65 as his new home with occasional trips to neighbouring sites within North America, it also noted that should he accept the job offer, it would boost his career massively working directly with the "Site Inspectors".

Radcliff took a brief pause to think about the proposal, he looked up at the masked man who was staring directly at him, his gaze never wandering, Radcliff looked back down and grabbed a pen.
