What will you do to stop this from happening again: Not get kidnapped by Techies gang

Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned due to the reason that I got kidnapped by techies and Class-F'd and told to "kill all GENSEC when we say Activate" The sleeper agent was said by a techie when they were being searched for a stolen Lvl 4 Keycard and I did what I was told and started to kill GENSEC, I was gunned down 2 mins later by a Guard and got pulled for RDM. I explained to the Admin (US Admin Crush) The situation and was told that I was all good to continue what I was doing and finished what I was doing and got off.

Even is this ban appeal isn't accepted I just want to clear anything that may have happened last night, and I am sorry to the people I killed, but I had no choice and followed my Class-F RP.

I was the staff member that dealt with the original sit against you for RDM in which I saw you had been Class-F'd by a Tech expert but also had died in the clip. From what I saw the Class-F was dealt with and told you that you were not at fault as the Tech expert would not able to acquire this chemical in character or know what it is.

From what I could gather within the span of you getting Class-F'd to you dying you had only killed one person and no more. For further context I'll provide the clip here for reference to when you died and were reported.

What you mention in the above is true I did say you were not at fault (For this instance) as the TE was causing FailRP due to their chemical use.

I issued the ban based on these three clips here Clip 1, Clip 2, Clip 3

Reviewing logs I can see that you were class F'd yes, however a class F to involve killing a specific job and via a Tech expert which would then escalate it to failRP via treason.

This accompanied with what appears to be you dying after the second kill, invalidating the class F due to your death, You still proceded to attempt to kill the captain again with an RPK (FailRP).

I have accompanying screenshots of logs that I can provide to a staff member upon request (provided they aren't visible when they look)

Hello and thank you for a quick reply, I will attempt to put these in a timeline although I have no evidence to back it up, you would just have to take my word for it but if you don't I understand fully.

Clip 1: Class-F'd and told to kill the Captain, and I complied as I was Class-F'd.

Clip 2: Techies were being searched for a Lvl 4 in the Captains office, on I was activated on a sleeper codeword and killed a GENSEC before I was banished by a Thaum that was in the room. I used that banishment to grab more ammo and Shields before heading back into D-Block and killing the Captain seen in Clip 2, and I was gunned down by a guard right after the clip cut off. I was taken to an admin sit by Crush and was resolved.

Clip 3: Different Day, was doing some deals with people and tried killing him but as you see in the clip I was gunned down by the Captain, and shanked by the guy I was doing deals with. The most that was done by my hand with 100 Shield Damage and 49 Health points.

Like I said I have nothing to base these proofs off but I do thank you for looking into this and I hope that this helps give a better understanding from my end on what was happening.

Sorry for replying to my own reply but I was looking at my own comment and feel as though I didn't make myself clear on what happened on Clip 3
Clip 3 occured on 4/13 while Clip 1 and 2 occured on 4/14, so I see why I would be warned for FailRP but I feel as though this shouldn't be connected to this ban.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After going through all the evidence provided by the two staff members as well as all the logs I have determined this is not MRDM although you were only Class F'd for one of the kills as a result I will be lowering your ban to 3 days for RDM, FailRP and NITRP.
