Accepted Update F4 Menu "Regiment Documents" Button

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Many of the regiment documents in the F4 menu are outdated and need to be replaced with the new versions for obvious reasons.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Shouldnt SL make sure this is Up to date by themselves?

Because there arent any Negatives in replacing Links
