Harvey earned his codename “London” during Operation dark night, when he allegedly disappeared into Western Europe under deep cover for 7 years and re-emerged with control over half a rebel network's financial lifelines. His handlers dubbed him “London” in jest—thinking he’d gone rogue—but when he returned, he brought down three targets across five nations in a single week. Now at the head of Spetsnaz Strategic Command, London is a ghost to the public but a legend to every operative in the field. Unlike most generals, London is not a product of the parade-ground military or oligarch games—he’s a product of blood, manipulation, and long games in shadows. He trains and commands Zaslon teams, Vympel, and black-ops units answerable only to the President and the inner circle of the General Staff. He’s calm, elegant, and unnervingly surgical—rumored to have rewritten war plans to create "accidental" proxy conflicts that last decades.

Lead wars help others in need represent Ussr to the standards it should be
make sure people stay active in peacetime
Make sure the regiments are ran properly and in a good state
