Denied Class-D Worker Uniform

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
The addition of a GM Objective into the D-Block storage room/Office that can be used to model/demodel class-D into a more unique model ((My suggestion would be a differently coloured Class-D uniform, partially blue, partially grey, reminiscent of the Janitorial jobs.) to be used when a Class-D has been issued a work permit.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I do not believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Increased recognition of when a Class-D has a work permit, preventing them being shot.
- Increased participation in the Work-Permit programme.


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Misuse by Class-D personnel (More of an In-RP issue than an OOC one, IMO!)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe that the increase in RP potential in work permits is worth it compared to the risk of Class-D misusing the new uniforms

As for the risk of abuse, work contracts still exist as a form of "ID". If a D-class managed to escape, steal a worker's uniform, and isn't asked for their contract despite lack of escort, they deserve to be able to abuse it.

Honestly, not something you need to make a suggestion for IIRC, you can just poke Event Team Staff about this idea. Regardless, It's a good idea. I like it.
