Don't you see any value in taking work off the shoulders of staff so they can focus on other tasks?
If it's completely dealt with IC then its much better for server health than being required to call an admin.
This already happens when you kill D-class for assassination missions, the solution they used there was to show a popup in chat so you know you were killed because of a D-block mission and not just RDM'd.
Your suggestion doesn't mention whether it would be included in the automatic objectives given to surface ops and ci/goc
also does not include the later section that suggests CI would have to hold the area for an amount of time for the funds to transfer.
