I think the E-11 operative already had some sort of partial gas immunity to nerve gas. But no need for this, just get a gas mask. However, I suggest lowering gas mask and hazmat suit cooldown instead.

If you do valid roleplay and it seems fair enough to allow 999 some way to communicate, I’d say that’s just roleplay and you don’t really need a rule for this, albeit some staff awareness beforehand would probably be appreciated (but you’d likely do this in conjunction with a GM anyways.)

A lot more tame compared to the.. other pac3's thats for sure. I think it works well.

I think E-11 needs some serious new content as it rather lacks in opportunities for varied roleplay, however I dont believe that some of these changes are the correct way to go for E-11. Imo just give E-11 a perma 10-15% speed boost but 50 less armor points in return. E-11 dont really need armor...

By the rules, no, but if its something minor like a ceremonial weapon (ie. wooden stock and ceremonial bayonet) for RP purposes, yes. Edit: Rather, I have seen a couple weapon pac3s used for rp purposes be accepted in the past.

try disabling then renabling your pac3 by getting outfits in the menu turn it on and off a few times
