It’s not that it doesn’t do much damage It’s the fact that the tanky 008-2s have like 3-4K hp and bro was laggy as hell

Main reason is there is 0 reason to RP on surface. Alongside that surface just sucks in general FOR roleplay. You got like 3(MAYBE 4) places to "roleplay" and even then its just terrible. All the surface "rework" really did was make it better for combat and that's really it.
