What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This adds a better chance of you being able to see when firing the gun, it is hard to kill people with an optic on your gun or without because of how big the muzzle flash is and blocking the scope, Decreasing Horizontal recoil would make it easy for long range fights because you can't really control horizontal recoil and this kind of make the flatline a bad gun for mid/long range at least and makes it hard to hit shots. and this would just make it like the as val but could make it havel ess horizontal recoil and replace with vertical recoil.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: No

I think it should be added because a lot of people complain on the flatline not being really good and also being hard to hit shots because of muzzle flash. Also thinking the flatline needs a buff compared to the prowler the flatline just feels like an Arx but nerfed badly.
