Rule Suggestion A rule addition that part of the chemical content in your inventory becomes part of an "In-Character Total".
Let say you pull out 2L of nhu you are going to sell to someone you are waiting for them falg on a job so you can make the trade and someone kiddnaps you and they take the 2Ls well now you are out of 2L of nhu and like 10 hours of making the chem all because you wanted to sell it -
Rule Suggestion A rule addition that part of the chemical content in your inventory becomes part of an "In-Character Total".
