Yes if there is a wrongful arrest or someone makes a plea deal mid-sentence, we commonly release early. Theres a lot of RP centered around the release system, would make no sense for it to be changed because "the minge"

Plenty of Russian/French/German etc servers out there who ban you for not speaking the language. There is zero need to accommodate additional moderation or channels for other languages
