CI is second core faction for me after adding of UNGOC due the fact they have big players cap and are enemy number one to foundation. UNGOC is really a "secondary" faction.

How you can really "scrap" the "core" faction of the server? You would need to restart whole server to age 0 to make this work. Not gonna play site 9 card here but this is a sad truth.
