Ban Reason: FearRP I LTARP I NITRP I Stacked Bans D (Has shown no intentions to improve even with his long warn / ban history.)

Date of ban: Jul 3 2025

Who banned you: Tom \\\ 'Rushi' \\\ Lewis

Ban length: 26 weeks (7 weeks 6 days 4 hours 43 minutes as of typing)

What will you do to stop this from happening again: Follow the rules, Don't waste people time in tryouts when i done them fully right, Will not play by my "own rules and roleplay", and will roleplay even if roleplay is not winning for me. Will never leave after doing RDM or getting arrested.

Why should you be unbanned: After time during i was banned i changed my looks on roleplay, i understand that everyone's roleplay wont be same and roleplay can't be won but must be enjoyed least.

I took the break from GMOD, during that break i played other Roleplay game which was text only, i roleplayed there well and followed the rules and roleplay, i didnt RDM there or leave when i was getting arrested. I also matured so that i can understand its not allways RDM and PVP but also a RP. I will also follow FearRP and will know that even if even im armed that i must follow logic.

I only started all this "my own fun and roleplay" after yeke denied my discord appeal. Now i regret that and i know that i did lot of things worse. Im sorry also for getting fourm banned during my last appeal, I did not know that i post that i was fourm banned but im very sorry for that.

I accept any length of probation and any reason that probation will break off.

The real reason i was significant issue is due the fact you rejected my second discord ban appeal which was my mistake also. I should return early because i wish to see new things added to the server and rejoin UNGOC or Foundation.

Due the fact it all started with discord ban appeal, is there any possibility for negotiation for discord unban also if i get my ban appeal accepted? I will accept longer and harsh reasons to break probation.

This appeal is to be denied, you have more warns that days played and the punishments that resulted in your
26week ban occured all in a very short amount of time. Additionally I am yet to see evidence to the contrary in terms of your forums activity
with multiple unserious or troll comments on discussions stating very clearly to not do such a thing.
However I am willing to unban you from discord given it was not related to your behaviour here.
I hope in the time inbetween you can prove otherwise and that you have changed.

You may re-appeal in 3 weeks
