This is a terrible mindset to have. Especially going into a position of leadership such as O5. You cannot simply say "others weren't doing it so I didn't either". Site Advisors are as expected to create RP as a Site Director is. Others may not have done it, but others are not applying for O5...

I'd suggest developing the lore a bit more if this was to be approved. Maybe mock medical reports? Examination logs? Gives some more substance and reasoning. Even better if you get it developed IC and get medical to do the checkups!
