If it's within PW they should, because CI being there is an active threat to non-combatants, and protecting non-combatants is a high priority for ISD.

Is that even true? I'm fairly sure they don't get auto fixed for 096 - people usually leave it half broken all the time because you can't fix half of one of the doors, so I can't see it being auto fixed given the state it's always in.

The main issue is E-11 being lazy. They often leave the chamber broken and fully open and won't respond to Techies asking for help fixing it.
