Respectfully this suggestion will need more specifics and better detail otherwise there's a likely chance of denial. Its not that people necessarily disagree with the sentiment, however the suggestion just proposes an issue, while not mentioning any potential solutions

@Ratman99 I do have to ask who was the last ltcom+ who wasn't an adult, because generally in my experience the vast majority of them are because young people often don't excel in the things needed for commander when compared to other more mature individuals
