To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: i belive for using an ult account a few years ago to try and bypass my perma ban

What will you do to stop this from happening again: Since the time of my ban I have since grown up and realised the importance of following the rules and how it benefits the the server to follow the rules in place I have come to this understanding from working professionally how the rules within my work place are in place to protect the members of the company the same as the rules of the server are in place to protect the members of the community. Along side this i no longer have any ult accounts after stopping playing csgo and needing them for premire with mates that werent rated as well from the amount of time i have spent punished i still wish to rejoin the server after such a long time and such a severe punishment why would i wish to be punished again
Why should you be unblacklisted: I believe I have grown as a person and I am now understanding the impacts of my actions on my fellow server members and how damaging my actions have been in the past I am truly sorry for my previous actions I know it hurt members of the community and I wish I could take them back I am understanding that a permanent ban is a serious ban to come back from so I hope we could work out an agreement that allows me to re-join the
