    -Support Systems are in place already for it. The issue wouldn't be Breach Tools, but making sure the SCPs are funneled away from the big three (7722, 682 and 076-2). Keep HCZ well defended and you'll be fine.

    I'd say ERT response time just needs to be told by Devs (maybe they have and I haven't found it). Lord _Fr3ze partially explained it, but maybe just a full document explaining how the percentages work would avoid the confusion
