+Support I don't know why the Site-Command change limited the slots for this, considering the Position is a Junior Level 4. Assistants can help provide a lot of RP, specially when no Site-Command are present, and I believe the job capacity should be increased back to 3 for both.

- Support This works both ways, Combat Medics, Regular Doctors, Consultants, NU-7 Medics, can all Defib to capture as well. Foundation rarley want to RP with CI to even begin with, and negotiations are one of the things that actually force the foundations hand to RP with them.
