I like these ideas. And I agree that OOC chat can become too overwhelming with the ammout of messages that go through which can also result in IC Comms and RP to be forgotten / ignored.

It's there because the site is located on Canada. And there is already a very big distinction between both servers, I don't see the point of it needing to be changed.
