I've seen you do some excellent roleplay on the server and I believe you could fulfil the role of Ethics Member.
I do need to ask the question though, why not Site Administration? What puts you off about going there first and then reaching Site Command?
I'm in support of your application but...
Anyway back to the application,
You demonstrate competence across the board. Whilst I do agree with Grong your time in O5 was unfortunately cut short due to some rancid behaviour from community members, you still held Ethics Chairman which in itself is equivalent experience. If you follow...
You do hit the criteria to apply and this is actually a really good application.
Seeing the inactivity of Site Administration is worrying so someone like you could shake it all up in a good way.
+Support and best of luck!
You've come a tremendous distance in your big turnaround from Top 5 minge to good roleplayer. You've demonstrated that you have the skills and abilities to lead and you know the fundamentals of department leadership.
You have my complete +Support with this and I hope you lead ISD in a good...
Can you weirdos stop arguing on this lads app, bit weird.
Big +Support for you Mase. You are a bright lad and put in more effort than most on the server. I think ECA would be an excellent opportunity for you to grow and learn even further.
Best of luck!
This isn't a UK/US issue. In an ideal world OOC would just be off and you can only use /looc or contact staff via the appropriate commands.
The toggle is the best SCP is going to get and the outright removal of OOC has been denied multiple times.
You show a good understanding of what the Director should do.
However, what you have put in the suitability section has let you down drastically. There is nothing of note there. You state you are open for ideas but you bring none to the table.
Bit of advice with this going forward, you should...
You don't need any CL4 position for an Assistant role, come on lol
I view ECA/OSA differently. It is an opportunity for players to learn from the more experienced role players on the server and I think someone fresh like this could benefit from such an opportunity. When I was Ethics Chairman...
Its a cool idea but what happens when there are your typical whales who'd splash cash on anything to suit their playstyle? I think its a genuine cause for concern as the last thing you'd want is a tiny fraction of paying members to dictate what content gets worked on and what doesn't.
I think...
If you cannot put effort into your GM application and your extensive negative history (Even dating back to when I still played), you should never be allowed near GM permissions until there is significant and noticeable change.
