Sheer frequency of breaches on the server killed most enjoyment of any RP I had on there. Breaches used to be a huge deal, now its just a "Oh, fuck sake, another one?" The RP Atmosphere and feel has been withered down by the frequency of raiding/breaches so nothing feels intense or exciting...

On a serious note: They are the extension of their respective Site Command branch. You'd never in a lore setting lock them out of these communication channels as they'd be monitoring on behalf of the Overseers and/or The Ethics Committee.
