I can confirm that SA+ on the US server use cameras in many active codes. Even ISD well at least A-1 occasionally use it to my observation. Not arguing for the staying or removal of cameras but just wanted to mention that they are frequented by some groups.

Just want to mention that delaying breaches by calling a Code Black can be easily abused. SL should be more responsible when it comes to server health to be able to identify when they should delay breaches.

On top of your suggestion, I would suggest to limit it to higher amounts of breached SCPs before it has a chance to occur. For example, lets say it first has a chance to occur when 3+ SCPs are breached rather than sometimes occurring at 2 or 1 which is just a nuisance for people. As the total...
