My main concern with this is people putting 323 inside of it and messing around with it. Another concern is the fact you can’t remove liquids from the syringe once their in there. My final concern is that CI can just say they stole syringes from our base, and sell them back to us with just 323...

Okay so I’ve looked into this and I think this would be more of a SA issue, so you would need to take it up with them, then it gets proposed to SL.

Very chill dude, could do a lot for the department. I won’t leave a +/- support as I have considered applying myself sometime, and don’t want any bias in my decision making. I would be fine with an interview if SA are interested.

I like this SCP in general, but it would need serious RP for it to be good, and could be heavily abused, therefore needing either a lengthy, very high quality application or just be gamemaster exclusive, which it sometimes gets hosted as an event.
