-/+ Neutral support I have had some great interactions with Nohacks before and think he could be a good fit but this application seems super rushed and is lacking quite a bit of details.

-support I think it is super important for anyone going for medical director to at least be a consultant first I also feel that it is super important for them to have at least a month or two on the server the application in general seems very loosely put together

+/- support (leaning slightly more +) clear effort was put into this application shows that he knows the job well would love to see medical consultant go to one of the more active members of medical

- support application seems a bit rushed missed a step of EST, forgot to tell them not to go into the light not seen very often in medical would hope for more of a reason for wanting the job then "it sounds cool"
