OSAs do not order A-1. They can ask for help and A-1 should assist them, or if they are under orders from O5 then they are able to order them but generally OSAs shouldn't be doing this. This may have changed since I left however but it was this way for at least a year. Overall though, +Support

+Support Had his issues at first when he was a CO, however after working through them with him I can say that I have seen very few people as dedicated to their role as Scorpion which he showed to me on numerous occasions throughout my time as O5/A-1 COM. Very deserving of the role.

+Support While I have little to do with the server anymore, Daniel is one of the best people I met during my time here and I can't of any reasons why this man shouldn't get the role.

Would be more down to the COs to ensure that is happening, there's nothing strictly against OSAs doing this but it would be frowned upon by A-1 most likely and O5. But more recently or at least before I left we were trying to not have A-1 on Floor 3 too much.

+Support Only thing is this: It seems like your saying that OSAs can order A-1 which is not really the case unless you yourself are under orders from O5. Could just be me but that's about the only issue I see.
