unneeded nerf to CI trying to fix E-11 gameplay loop is whack. If you don't like containing SCPs then don't join E-11, and if you feel SCPs breach too much we can obviously work something out about not breaching them as much so you guys can sit AFK at a checkpoint for two hours.

not every cl3 is worth 10k

Two Cl4 hostages which is not easy to get because they all usually hold cyanide, have a panic button, will shoot you, or just all of the above and you will get called out. You also have to realize these DELCOM's who recieve money for the hostages also give money for when CI get kidnapped.

-support MC&D Capsules (or whatever they are called) are worth 30k which is a lot and cannot be done every raid. It is also yes possible to get a straight shot to HCZ, but you need to be perfectly on point to get to HCZ which with CI does not happen often. It is just too expensive to only be 3...

-support too much power in one regiment for one person, imo it would only work if B-1 was brought back
