Right, the EZ conference room near the EZ bathrooms is the one that I am suggesting. I was just in the EOC for a different reason when I took that screenshot.

It must be glitched, because it doesn't appear as a bookable room.

As for the one in PW, it had been a dedicated GOC meeting room until somewhat recently in the US server, although as of now the PW CL4 meeting room is 'unclaimed', so it could probably be done for that as well. Although, that would need to be posted as a separate Content Suggestion thread.
