Yes, it helps with client side lag but not actully server lag, even if you disable pac3 on the q menu it only helps the client not the server meaning the server still requests the pac3 even with pac disabled, so it still lags the server

idk if you read the suggestion but its not outright removing Pac3 its just limiting how much storage can be used, doesnt mean it needs to be the exact amount that is suggested here, so it can take up limit can be ajusted to make a balance between people still buying pac3 and the server not...
