You can run away after firing it. You can carry bone cures on you, put it away then escape. SCPs are MEANT to target the HYDRA because its mere presence is a danger.

This would do 25% damage to a 939 instance. A 939 instance which wouldn't even be able to see the HYDRA user. Or 12.5% to 682, or instakill 035, or (at least) 50% to 966, Etc... Hard to work out a good damage amount for this, I'll admit that.

It could oneshot SCP-035, do 25% damage to 966 in one shot, etc. More damage means it'd be even less fair for SCP's, less means it would become useless. I found 2-3k damage to be the sweet spot because only 035 gets oneshot, everything else just gets damaged majorly.

Try to refrain from saying a suggestion is "cope". You know, when someone suggests a change, it's usually because something happened / is a certain way, and they want it changed. By definition all suggestions are cope because something on the server isn't the way the suggestion author wants it...
