using the keycard printer requires not being cuffed, therefore not being gagged, they can cyanide. if you make some argument they can, its failrp, they cannot use their hands while bound in cuffs, same ruling made for comms.

cams currently are not usable. at 80. yes. 80 people they are frozen for a good 5 seconds each time you try to move it. either fix them or revert the change.
