035 changes?

People keep telling me it's going to happen but the same people won't show me where it's posted/mentioned. What are the 035 changes? From what I understand they're making it impossible for 035 to RP with researchers. Researchers have to be in the control room and 035 has to stay in his cell. Why do researchers have to be so removed from possible RP? If they gave us mics/speakers between the controls and the cells I wouldn't complain but from what I understand there's no way to interact with the scps without being in their cell.

So there are change logs in the discord (I'd give you a link but I am not able to at this current moment)
That is where all changes and SCP changes would be located. There is a lot to shift through so I would recommend doing Ctrl+f and searching for key words.
