What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Making it so 073 can be realistically beamed despite the fact he is invincible i.e. making him weaker to beams

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
When there's an 073 it would minging makes it much easier to deal with in RP instead of relying on mods, as of now there is zero ways in RP to stop 073 from doing something if he decides to do it. Sure if he doesn't listen it's considered failrp, but a good example of what I'm trying to get across is this recent experience I had with him.
First, he played meatshield for 076, then he repeatedly let 912 into d block, then using 914 for suicide and disguises, after all that he attempted to escape via garage. A mod warned him twice during the first two events. Yet he continued and in RP we could do nothing. I have two clips, one showing him letting 912 into d block and suiciding to avoid RP, and one where he was in garage with SIX personnel trying to beam him, to no effect until I called an mod to help. We had been attempting to contain him for about 20 minutes before the sit mind you.

Another positive in terms of RP at least is that it makes it so CI can realistically kidnap 073 for ransom if they go out of their way to do so.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
I could see people beaming him for no reason, but this is the case for all the passive SCPs and can be punished if someone does it.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
First, a comparison. 912 had his keycard removed because players minged on him so much. He is containable mind you. 073 has a CL2, is uncontainable, and can phase through people. There is zero way to contain him. If we go as far as to remove 912's keycard for minging it seems very reasonable to nerf 073's beam resistance especially considering the CL2 they have.
