073 Removal campaign part 3

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Either replace 073 with 131 a and b or completely remove 073 all together

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Yes, I have completed parts 1 and 2, and I suggest replacing the SCP job with a job that can be utilized against 173 if they wish to transfer it from containment.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Add more realism as 073 and 076 are not suppose to be in the same site
- No more getting killed by 073 because he wanted to get Infront of you while shooting you
- Add RP
- A Unique way into recontaining 173
- Some new for the server
-Give researcher a new SCP to test on.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Nothing

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Over the years, 073 has been a constant source of trouble on the server. The SCP was never used for RP; it was used to annoy people and fail at RP massively. 073 is a hazard for combat as it takes a couple of movements to kill an entire group of foundation because they shot 073. Never have I once seen a place RP with 073, and I doubt there will be in the future. It also doesn't make sense to have 073 and 076 in the same site, as it was proven that they together cause more damage and make it harder to kill 076 lore wise. whitelisting 073 would be counterproductive because who would make an application for a shitty SCP that no one would listen to? You will essentially make the class more dull than it already is. This is proven by 22415, as on the US side, it is scarce for someone to get on the SCP, probably because it can only send people into the shadow dimension and push SCPs or heal people, but not engage in combat, and CI cannot work with the SCP either, as the SCP deems them the bad guys.

Overall, 073 has zero purpose on the server, and I believe it is necessary to replace him with 131 a/b for three reasons
1. It's something new for the server and can add more RP
2. can be used against 173 if they want to move it to a different place.
3 Combatants won't have to worry about killing themselves over an SCP that reflects the damage they inflict on it

Hopefully, this gets accepted, and if worst comes to worst, they deny it, then at least provide a better reason than simply stating, "We will not be removing any SCP from the server as it is unnecessary." How is it unnecessary if you're removing an SCP model (which is 21.900 MB according to the workshop) and swep (that has 1.116 KB) that can reduce lag on the server and Replacing it with another SCP's model (which is 6.388 MB) and doesn't need a swep.

Here is a cool workshop I found for 131 a/b that has 860 and 999 models as well, but they are the same model

I'm tired, boss. The whole buck of what to do with 073 has been passed around so much. We suggest reworks, it gets denied. We suggest removal, it gets denied. Meanwhile, the role itself at this point contributes nothing and is effectively bloat. I get that there are so many other things to think about - However 073 is something that is here now and... While is not causing as many problems as before, is still some form of issue by existing without meaningful contribution. I wouldn't mind if anything happened with 073 at this point, it just can't be the status quo.

i mean like...
Why not just suggest to add 131 without removing 073?
Massive - support
Because 073 is useless and does not help in Roleplay in the Server
The reason why i am not making a suggestion to just add 131 instead of replacing 073 is because of 3 reason
1. 131 is more harder to abuse then 073
2. NL said something before about how they can only have so many scp on the server
3. We can remove about 14000 mb on the server that are contributing in server lag

I'm not even sure 073 even does the damage reflection anymore, they changed it so it's basically just not how 073 works at all, rather than actually making useful changes to it. I'd rather see 073 actually get reworked properly, such as requiring a strict whitelist, rather than be removed. -Support.
It still has the ability

How do you rework something that the only things that are anomalous about 073 is that it has 2 robot arms and reflect dmg to those who hurt it?

Whitelisting a class has proven to only make the scp even less used and as i said before who the fuck would make an application on a class that no one cares about, that will end up killing the job and essentially strip 073 from RP in US side i don't know how UK works, but i don't think people want to rp that much to the point of making an application for it.

I support this 073 has the be the most useless scp on the server it used to be fun when you could trick cadets into shooting him but now he doesnt even reflect bullets im sure there is more exciting passive scps he could be replaced with or not even a fully passive scp but have an scp that works with the foundation like 912 but also has a breach and 073 is annoying always in the way and you cant even use him as a meat shield no more.

+support I never see him do anything meaningful. Cant be used in raids or breaches(would be broken anyway), no meaningful RP situations possible with him and he is not an integral part of anything. He has no directives like 2295 or 22415 to help people and give him RP opportunities. Minging can only be solved by whitelisting but no one is gonna go through the effort of doing a whitelist for something that is essentially useless
