Denied 079 Hacking computers / ci 096

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
079 Being able to hack computers displaying 096 picture for a duration

Or Ci being able to plant a virus in a computer displaying 096

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe its been suggested before, Brings a new scope to 079 more use to 096 breaches instead of a picture spawning

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Longer breaches for 096 instead of it just getting bucketed and done when his raged.
But options for 079 to hack for a XK-VIP Class
Only 079 would be able to do such an hack, No one else like dclass. Or possibly ci can

Would be apart of cis raids etc

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
It is a duration thing, So it the right personnel arent on to rc 079 then 096 would keep breaching

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Brings a new scope to 079 with more options and computer based instead of the mal virus what comes up once and a while in random places

Brings something new to ci

I support changing the picture spawn system in some way, because as it is it's a bit messy and not that likely to catch people. If it was just something like rather than an 096 picture spawning, a random terminal becomes infected with an 096 image when logging in, it might be more interesting. Or it randomly appears on a digital sign or something. Then rather than you seeing an image on the floor and just shooting it, you might not know it's even there before it's too late, and you may need to get IT techs to fix the computer before it can go away.

For 079, without any drawback to be able to do this so easily, not a fan of such a huge weapon, but it's a good buff for 096, as an active 096 player, breaches are too infrequent imo.

After discussing this suggestion, we concluded that there is already multiple ways to breach SCP-096 and to add another one wouldn't be necessary. Implementing this feature would also void the fact the when bucketed, SCP-096 cannot get any more targets.
