Denied 096 change to random photos spawning and A way for 079 to breach 096

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make it to where when random photos spawn on 096 a notification comes through with people with the white list saying to get on. When the player gets on the photo spawns. Why? Simple the random photos don't usually work cause people just shoot them and the 096 doesn't get enraged when he hops on. The other suggestion I have is to make it to where 079 can either print or show a photo of 096 onto computers, I personally think it would be fun for 079 to have this.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
To my knowledge no.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Makes it to where there isn't no false breaches where the picture is seen but the 096 can't breach.
Makes it to where 079 can be more passive in breaching.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
096 part with photos makes sense and 079 might have some problems with being to over powered.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because the 096 photos thing seems more like a bug then anything. But the 079 thing would make 079 more powerful in messing with the site instead of just breaching SCPs.

-Support for the notification, huge metagame potential, no thanks, 096 is suffering enough as is despite my best efforts; I'd agree with a change where the system that spawns 096 pics doesn't spawn the pic until there's someone on 096. So when it would normally spawn one randomly, it would pause until an 096 flags on, then it spawns the pic. That makes them a much more constant threat rather than a mild inconvenience.

+Major Support for giving 079 some way to put 096's pic on computers, no matter the drawback (Although it needs to not be so bad that no-one would ever consider doing it). This is something that has been suggested multiple times in the past, and I have always and will always continue to support it. It's just generally a good idea.

EDIT: Honestly, real talk? And seriously consider this, as an 096 main that plays 096 frequently - There is no good incentive for others to hack the containment box/breach tool when 096 is a free breach that you can just drag out. I think there should be more reason why 079 or CI should want to deliberate between breaking 096 out via the doors or hacking/breach tooling 096 out. My thoughts here? Hacking the box/breach tooling could cause multiple pictures to spawn. Maybe 2 or 3. I think that could be an interesting change to the dynamic of 096 and I think it's worth looking into and potentially trialling if at all feasible. Make people really weigh the decision, rather than just ignoring hacking it out/breach tooling it altogether. I did recently have one gigachad 457 use their breach tool on me kinda recently when they really didn't need to, and that was an incredibly based thing of them to do. And I think doing smth like that should be rewarded - However I realise that implementing that would mean that the actual breach mechanic itself would have to differentiate between being breached via the breach queue and being breached via the containment box/breach tool.

When just being brought out, nine times out of ten, the wandering 096 will be RC'd uneventfully (or in some cases, even just stuffed under stairwell 😭 ) So having a reason to actually cause pictures to spawn I think would make things a lot better for 096 players. I know the possibility of players doing both will mean that 096 gets to wander out of the CC with pics spawned - However, consider the fact that the bucket force despawns the pictures as an intentional mechanic (despite my best efforts to get that changed), so chances are a wandering 096 with pics out may end up being bucketed before they even leave HCZ, and their pics gone. From where I sit, I think this would be a balanced change and potentially give 096 breaches a far more deserved bite than they have now.

EDIT 2: There was some 096 discussion in OOC on-server and someone brought up the idea of using different pictures for the 096 pic (e.g. the infamous "four fucking pixels" mountain picture), which I think might be an interesting idea and one I think that should genuinely be considered - The prospect of the 096 potentially being a pool of different 096 pics that could be picked from at random when spawned (or forced to a specific one for event purposes), rather than just the one 096 pic that we're used to. It's minor, but I think it'd be an addition that would be well-received by the community, and may also have potential future event use.
