What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Whenever 096 kills someone, players in nearby areas that can't hear the actual kill sound would hear the distant kill SFX that are already in the game files but (to my knowledge) are unused.
For example, if 096 killed someone in HCZ, people elsewhere in HCZ, possibly including LCZ where it would echo from the primary elevator, would hear the sound effect. Similarly, kills around medbay, ULCZ, etc. would play this sound in LLCZ.

It may be a good idea to add a cooldown for how often this can be played, otherwise 096 running through a crowd would sound goofy. Maybe this effect triggers every kill, but with a cooldown of 5 minutes or something.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I know, and you can't search for "096" because it's too short.

It would make 096 breaches more immersive and scarier. 096 needs some love, and this would just add a nice touch to its breaches.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Makes breaches more immersive with improved and dynamic ambient sounds
- Reuses existing assets, so no need to find/create new SFX for it
- Makes 096 scarier - currently it's just "you see it and then instantly die". Hearing it in the distance and knowing what it means would make it kinda spooky and just make 096 a bit more cool/immersive.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Dev time
- Figuring out sound "zoning" or however it might be implemented to make this work without overlapping the distant and close-up sounds might be finicky, though it should be possible
- People might get annoyed with the sound? As long as it has a cooldown, doesn't sound out too far away from where it is, and isn't loud (it shouldn't be anyway), it's just breach ambience, so it should be fine.
