What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:crouched trying to not be seen after 60 seconds of nothing happening to 096 it can wander

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: he must go to the person who saw his face

1) put on Scramble goggles
2) remove picture of 096
3) Cover Head of 096 with bucket
4) drag him back to his cell
