Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I enjoy the server, it is the only good SCP-RP server.
I was banned for 12 weeks for MRDM during an event. The event took place roughly around 3:30 pm PST - 4:20 pm PST today, November 13th. The goal of the event was the fend off the D-class riot and prevent them from escaping with the C.I. That being said, towards the end of the event I ran to the D-block (As a security officer) and shot into the D-class crowd with my gun. Apparently the event had just ended and I was not allowed to do that. Although in retrospect, I made a terrible decision, but it wasn't without its reasons. During the event it was a blood bath, every D-class was KOS. I didnt know the event had moved towards its end so I was prompted to shoot the D-class on sight as soon as I had entered the D-block. The admin "Sundowner" slapped me with a 12 week ban while being extremely hard to work with. The 12 week ban is because it was a stack ban from another MRDM offence. This leads into another problem of its own. I do not have the clip for how this played out because I was banned before I could secure the link a nearby player had provided for this situation. It can probably be found easily by an admin. The clip should have been created shortly before my ban, which occurred on November 13th, 2022 at "19:21:00" (EST I'm assuming).
I was previously banned for 4 weeks for MRDM by "Sundowner" somewhere on October 11th 2022. I believe the ban for MRDM was not justified as I had only killed one person (Who I thought at the time was C.I. because they were raiding the facility). Apparently this person was an ERT and not C.I., I apologized to the player and "Sundowner" for any inconvenience I had caused. I argued that I should not be banned for MRDM as again, I only killed one person. I had stopped shooting after I killed that player and then quickly died myself at the hands of the other ERT. In conclusion, I would like to state this is not a simple appeal request saying "I am sorry, give unban please" With that in mind, I am not saying I did no wrong. I believe the above information I have provided merits an investigation into Sundowner's ability to make proper judgement calls while on duty as an admin. From both my experiences with him in-game while he is an admin on duty, It seems he is unfit to be an admin who can adequately manage the SCP-RP server while keeping the players happy. Everyone makes mistakes, and I was going to just shrug off the first unjust ban I was given by him. But now that I have been given a 12 week ban for a mistake I made during an event, I have decided to shed some light on my experience with "Sundowner." For any players seeing this, I warn you, do not participate in the server while the admin "Sundowner" is online. You WILL get an unfair consequence for an action you may have not even known was unlawful in terms of the server's rules. "Sundowner" likes to give harsh punishments instead of working with the player. He will not consider any words that come out of your mouth during and admin sit; so if you get put in one with him, it is best not to speak.
