Any one of these suggestions would improve the balance of the dimensions in relation to raids, and they also provide some neat RP and gameplay mechanics that can make things more interesting and improve RP. These all can be considered separately, though are all related in what they cover, and can all be implemented together if they all sound good.
A few suggestions around changes to 22415 and/or the dimensions:
- Dimension collapse happens (with the same warning timer) to people that are too far away from any instance (e.g. on surface when all are in site, or in LHCZ when all are near medbay) - unless there is currently a portal open. Having a portal open would result in the dimension remaining accessible across the map, unless all instances outright leave, until the portal closes.
- 22415 instances can see vague impressions of people/SCPs Inside their dimension while they are outside of it (the same as how everyone inside the dimension can see out)
- Failing this, they should at least be able to see the other 22415s
- Shadow dimension collapses when the portal closes (this may already be the case, but something needs to be done to nerf the shadow dimension - it's not actually currently possible to combat it in any way when used for raids)
- Allow 22415 to force reality benders out of their dimension (though not necessarily allow them to send them in)
- Maybe can be limited - e.g. only when the reality bender is below X amount of energy, or it uses more energy to send them based on how much energy they have left

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- People can currently basically stay in there indefinitely unless the 22415s all make an effort to stay out at the same time. They can also hide in any random part of the map inside the dimension without effort, and they cannot be caught. This would prevent this, as it currently has basically no counter bar for completely shutting down use of the dimension for a period (which can be difficult/impossible at times, e.g. if a 22415 isn't near anyone that can tell them to stay out, or if an instance is staying in the dimension themselves).
- Prevents some annoying issues and OP strats while still keeping most of the raid potential, as raiders can simply keep a portal open or remember to not stray too far. This does limit their time inside, but it's still a useable amount of time and can be balanced by just changing how long portals stay open for.

- Allows 22415 instances to more easily RP with each other
- Allows instances to more easily notice intruders (it is extremely easy to hide in the dimensions, and basically impossible to find them if they do it well - this would improve this situation a small amount)
- Makes sense in RP - the helpers are intrinsically linked to their dimension, they should be able to have some senses over it even if they're outside of it

- Helps make the shadow dimension not completely impossible to counter during raids

- TBs and Thaumatologists can not currently be forced out basically at all - it's basically failRP to cuff them all the time, and they can't be forced out in any way other than via an SRA (and with those, they can just run away, and use their manifested gun to defend/not be cuffed until they are no longer suppressed)
- Helpers should be able to kick anyone out of their dimension, it's their dimension.
- Still allows reality benders some protection from forcefully being entered/removed as long as they're not using their powers too much
- Allows those two to actually enter/exit via the helpers when they want by just running down their energy until it's low enough to be targetted
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Nerfs raid potential of the dimensions
- This needs to happen anyway, the dimensions (especially the shadow one) are extremely easy to utilise (essentially tripling the area needed to be guarded) for raids, in some aspects they currently have no counter, and right now they are used in basically every site raid because it's so powerful
- Nerfs TB/thaumo powers a bit
- Not really a problematic nerf, and also provides the benefit of it actually being possible to willingly be sent
