What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Give 22415 a Bodycam by default on spawn like other jobs as he can't get any from dispensers. (Also tried having a admin give it to me in a support ticket and it didn't work)
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

As far i understand from that suggestion is that it was much more wide and tried to give essentially everyone access to bodycams even D-Class by making Bodycams require "level 0" instead of "1" and as a person commented in it - "I don't see how the foundation would realistically source thousands of body-worn cameras solely for D-Class test subjects which may pose as a risk considering they could be deconstructed or used as a weapon - Sceptre"
Which i fully agree with. Difference here? To just have 22415 spawn with bodycam on him or change rule that 22415 can report things without it. (First option much more reasonable) 999 is always at 100 hp i think and 073 can't take damage either, 2295 can't speak IC so would be difficult for him to use it (Also realistically they're almost the same size so it'd be quite heavy for him) but 22415 can speak and has all limbs needed to properly use one.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More enjoyable to actually play 22415 as now you can report abuse.
Less chaos in general maybe as now you can report "immoral actions" to ISD as well.
(Its a minor change so thinking of 2 and above is difficult as this is more a QoL thing)

Can't really think of any as it just makes playing him more enjoyable.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I enjoy playing as 22415 but with the change of that bodycam is now a active in-game item required to be carried on you and active to report IC issues this has made playing him a issue at times. As foundation personnel WILL at times despite there being no real reason to attack you as 22415, D-Class, CI or GOC i could see to lower your bodymass to kidnap you with beam and SCP restraints sure. But regular foundation personnel has no real reason to be hostile to 22415 as he just all around helps out keeping people alive. Without bodycam currently it means you can't do really anything when attacked to proove it, you can tell ISD but word against word the person behind it goes free and that makes playing him just frustrating at times. This has come from Cadets (It's cadets not surprised) but from other players too like E-11 enlisted. IC there's no reason to attack him as Foundation as he can't even intervene in battles between GOI's, only circumstance where it would be logical is if he refuses to leave a area after being told to (Like maybe somehow trespassing on F3 etc) But outside of those rare instances there's no real reason to attack him but you can't report anyone who does this IC as you dont spawn with a bodycam nor can you get one either.
