What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

<br>[Because there has been alot of struggle with 912 rp i feel it should be accepted as this could be goodfor others and 912 RP meaning if 912 wants to report something or is told he needs bodycam footage he wont need somebody to ask for assistance to catch wrong doing when hes not breached as he can just record footage himself and get it to isd]
