Denied 939-53 Tiny Buff

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Buffs 939-53's HP to be slightly higher than 939-19's HP (from 19k to 21-22k).

OR

Change 939-53's required levels to match 939-19's levels and match their HP (20k).

Currently, -19 spawns with 20k HP and -53 spawns with 19k, though -53 requires 20 levels to -19's 15, and 6 SCP levels to -19's 5.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I saw, though search functionality is terrible.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Makes the harder to get SCP equal in stats or SLIGHTLY better than the easier to get SCP.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- It is a buff to 939, making the breach **technically** harder to contain, though 1k-3k HP isn't exactly that much IMO

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Doesn't make sense for the harder to get SCP to have worse stats.

If you ask me 939 should have an ability of some sort, say if they hear a group of 4+ players running/speaking/shooting they get a speed boost or blood lust of some form.

However, for this suggestion I definitely + Support! <3
